At Land Discount, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain products such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, and personalized products are not eligible for return.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at support@landdiscount.shop.
Late or Missing Refunds
